About the job

As the first Talent Acquisition Specialist at Metrika, you’ll lead end-to-end sourcing, selection and onboarding as we rapidly grow our global team. We’re looking for an all-rounded and experienced recruiter who can design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers across the business to understand their talent needs and translate those into sourcing and selection strategies. You will be an ambassador for Metrika and responsible for ensuring that every candidate has an exceptional experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building a global talent acquisition function from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in the design and own the implementation of the overall recruitment strategy

  • Develop an employer brand strategy to attract great talent

  • Prepare and update job descriptions and postings

  • Scout and source candidates through events, job boards, professional networks and outreach

  • Filter and screen candidates against job requirements

  • Conduct interviews using structured approaches to assess knowledge, experience, motivation and fit

  • Support offer and negotiation process, including preparation of employment contracts

  • Lead onboarding efforts to integrate new employees

  • Manage Recruitee (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure well documented and automated processes

  • Work with leadership team to define workforce location strategies, including expansion into new geographies

  • Liaise with Professional Employer Organisations (PEO), to oversee quality of outsourced human resources activities

Job requirements

You will need:

  • Professional experience working in an end-to-end recruitment role (either in-house or agency)

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing sourcing, assessment and selection activities

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative sourcing strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong candidate relationships

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate thoughtfully and effectively with cross-functional team members

  • Strong sense of ownership and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations

  • Ability to convey ideas clearly in written and verbal format

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

You'll probably be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience recruiting global, distributed, teams

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), e.g. Greenhouse, Workable, Recruitee etc.
